CURING
CHARACTERISTICS |
| |
| Stickfast
303 is cured by free radical
initiating catalysis with suitable
accelerators to promote rapid
and complete curing |
| |
|
|
| Typical
gelation time at 25 °C
for Stickfast 303 is as follows: |

| CAUTION
: Accelerator should never be
mixed with catalyst as this
would cause explosion. The accelerator
should b e blended into the
resin first. The catalyst should
be added just before use. |

| POST
CURING REQUIREMENTS |
| |
| Satisfactory
laminates for many applications
can be made by curing
the laminate at ambient
temperatures. However
for achieving optimum
properties the laminate
should be post cured for
a period of 4 hours at
80 °C.
the Post curing is most
effective when carried
out immediately after
the 24 hours ambient temperature
cure. |
